Warehouse Operative
– Reach Truck Driver
Salary: £31,975 plus bonus, plus an additional 10% for hours worked between 18:00 – 22:00 and 20% for hours worked between 22:00 – 06:00. Benefits included.
Hours:
Sunday
– Thursday 14:00 – 22:30 and Sunday
– Thursday 22:00 – 06:30. You must be a qualified reach truck driver (in-house or external qualification) to apply for this role. This role is based at our Hemel site as part of our next-generation facility.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a Warehouse Operator with a focus on replenishing stock and moving product around the depot using a range of equipment.
- Load products onto lorries ensuring accuracy and compliance with health and food safety procedures.
- Operate in a multi-temperature warehouse as part of a close-knit team.
- Collaborate with the admin team to ensure orders are processed accurately and swiftly.
What you bring to the mix (Qualifications)
- Qualified reach truck driver (in-house or external qualification) and a genuine commitment to delivering excellent service for customers and colleagues.
- Good eye for detail and accuracy.
- Team-oriented with basic language skills and the ability to perform simple calculations.
- Comfortable working in a cold environment.
- Ideally experience in a multi-skilled warehouse, though this is not essential.
- Ability to bend, stretch and lift up to 25 kg.
