Taskmaster Components is an established tire and wheel company that services the trailer industry. We are looking to add an experienced driver to safely deliver our goods!
Home every night! Taskmaster Components, a global tire, wheel, and assembly producer is looking to add CDL drivers to our Sikestone, MO location. You will deliver on the same routes every week and help identify the most efficient routes. Day-to-day you will drive trucks over established routes to deliver product, record information in driver’s log, collect or pick up empty containers, obtain customer signatures on receipt for pickup or delivery, clean truck, and follow all federal and company mandated safety and vehicle regulations. Additional duties include pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections, submitting/maintaining DOT driver’s daily log, and checking load to ensure safe and undamaged deliveries.
Hours: Full time working Monday – Friday start time from 5:00am – 6:00am daily or as scheduled by Manager, some Saturdays and overtime may be required.
Tasks: Perform daily tasks as assigned, communicate with and provide feedback to warehouse supervisors, learn and become familiar with product lines.
Skills: Self-starter and motivated to complete tasks in a timely manner. Ability to work with others. Attention to detail.
Experience and Education: High school diploma or GED certificate preferred, must be at least 25 years of age, 1-year experience and 100,000 miles driven, 6 months prior driving comparable equipment, and be able to maintain a valid medical certificate.
