Job Title: Repossession Agent
Status: Full-time
Recovery agent will run addresses provided by our clients and our in house skip department and recover cars, trucks, campers, boats and more. You will operate a company issued tow truck. Free Training and Certification

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Verify information provided by the client
- Investigate all leads by checking addresses & attempting face to face contact when unit does not show
- Minimizing risk through proper operation of equipment
- Minimizing liability by obeying all pertinent laws, company policies, handling all situations with a cool, calm, collected, and professional manner.
- Provide timely updates to clients according to company policies and guidelines
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Computer skills required
- 2 years towing experience required
- Typing Skills required
- Strong Problem Solving and Deductive Reasoning skills required
- Ability to prioritize assignments
- Good organizational skills required
- Good conflict resolution skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean MVR
- Successfully pass drug test and background checks
Education/Training/Experience
- Previous repossession experience preferred
- Previous tow truck experience or heavy equipment experience required
- Basic mechanical ability
- Industry certification a plus (CARS) but not required. We provide certification.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
