Blue & Gold Services LLC is looking for professional, dependable independent contractors to drive taxicabs throughout the Greater Phoenix region.
We provide the taxicab through a vehicle lease agreement—so you do not need to use, damage, or put extra miles on your personal vehicle.
The opportunity is simple:
- Pick up passengers
- Take them safely to their destinations
- Provide professional customer service
- Collect and keep your passenger fares
- Build your own customer base

Contractor Responsibilities
- Provide safe, courteous, and professional transportation
- Pick up passengers promptly
- Collect passenger fares
- Keep the taxi clean and presentable
- Comply with applicable traffic laws and taxicab regulations
- Follow the independent-contractor and vehicle lease agreements
Requirements
- At least 25 years old
- Valid Arizona driver license
- Excellent driving record for the past 39 months
- Pass an in-person interview
- Pass a drug test and background check
- Be able to read, write, and speak English
- Be available for 12-hour taxi lease periods
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional driving or customer-service experience
- Familiarity with the Greater Phoenix region
