Position– Ready Mix Driver (Willing to train)
Location– East Valley (Queen Creek)(Florence – Coolidge)
Schedule– Monday thru Saturday, flexible schedule with flexible hours, hours vary. Overtime, weekend work and nights may be required
Job Description
The Ready Mix Driver is responsible for safely delivering a quality product to our customers. They are responsible for communicating with other team members in order to help maintain success.
Non Experienced training program is between 4-6 weeks.
Experienced Ready Mix Drivers (1+ years Ready mix experience) Drivers will be trained for 1-5 days prior to release.
The Job requires the following duties:
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Deliver ready mix concrete to job sites
- Be familiar with slumps
- Upkeep and cleaning of exterior and Interior or ready mix truck,
- Job requires the following motions:
o Climbing
o Bending
o Squatting
o Frequent lifting of extension chutes (up to 50 lbs.)
o Stretching
o Driving/sitting and shifting gears
- Can be exposed to extremes of hot and cold weather
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, co-workers and customers
- Thorough knowledge of DOT Regulations
- Perform other work related duties as assigned
- This position requires a person who is self-motivated, professional, and willing to be a team player
Requirements
1+ plus years commercial driving experience
25+ preferred
High School Diploma (GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
Must have safe driving record, and must have Arizona Commercial Class A or B Driver’s License (No automatic transmission restriction)
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening as well as a pre-employment physical ability test to be considered
No more than two moving violations within the past 24 months No serious moving violations within the past 36 months
Seeking candidates with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and strong customer service skills
Must adhere to all safety regulations including company policies, State, and Federal regulations

Salary: $26.00 per hour (Trainee)
Salary: $28.00 -29.25 per hour with 1 – 5 years of Ready mix experience
Weekly Perfect attendance bonus (earn up to $150 a week)
Weekly Performance Bonus (earn up to $150 a week)
