A Mother’s Touch Movers® – Orlando is seeking reliable and motivated Movers AND Drivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting mainly household (commercial) goods safely and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to handle physical tasks associated with moving and/or driving.
Duties/Requirements – DRIVER(S)
- Operate box trucks and other vehicles for the purpose of moving goods. NO special (CDL) licensing required.
- MUST have a MINIMUM of 2 year experience driving box trucks.
- MUST have a "clean" MVR for at least 5+ years – (WILL be verified).
- Manage moving crews to ensure that items are carefully loaded and unloaded to prevent damage during transit.
- Navigate routes efficiently to ensure timely deliveries.
- Physical ability to lift heavy items (75+lbs) for 8-12 hours per day.
- Provide exceptional customer service during moving jobs, addressing any client inquiries or concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including documentation of any damages or discrepancies.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety compliance.
- Lead in packing, loading, unloading and unpacking items as needed during moving operations.
- MUST have reliable transportation to and from office.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Available to work 6 days per week.

- Must be personable, presentable, friendly, professional and maintain a great attitude at all times when interacting with customer(s).
- Assist in packing, loading, unloading and unpacking items as needed during moving operations.
- MUST have reliable transportation to and from office.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to take direction from the crew lead (driver) and/or customer and work with a team to complete moving jobs.
- 1+ year of experience is preferred but not required.
- Available to work 6 days per week.
