The schedule — same every week
Tuesday · 2:00pm – 8:00pm
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday · 9:00am – 3:00pm
No weekends. No rotating shifts. The same four days, the same hours, every week — Mondays always off, and your weekend starts Friday at 3:00.

What you’ll do
Most of your time, you’ll be behind the wheel: driving our Sprinter vans (no CDL needed) between our Winsted shop, our St. Louis Park location, and jobsites. You take a van loaded with new materials out, and bring the van with used materials back. Simple, useful work — and you’re on the road, not stuck in one spot all day.
Between runs, you’ll help keep the shop running:
- Light facilities work — emptying garbage, sweeping, running the walk-behind floor scrubber
- Seasonal mowing on our rider mower
- Simple bench assembly — garage door track, brackets, and openers (we’ll show you everything)
What we’re looking for
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Highly reliable — when you say you’ll be there, you’re there
- A good communicator
- Able to obtain and maintain a DOT health card — we pay for the physical and help you schedule it (it’s a basic health check, not a CDL)
- Able to occasionally lift up to 40 lbs

Our shop is in Winsted (55395) — an easy drive from Hutchinson, Glencoe, Delano, Watertown, Waconia, Lester Prairie, Mayer, and Howard Lake.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
