Join our dynamic team as an Owner-Operator specializing in Cargo Vans, Box Trucks, Reefers, and Dry Vans. This role offers the opportunity to run your own operation while delivering essential freight across local, regional, and long-haul routes.
As an Owner-Operator, you play a critical role in ensuring safe, timely, and professional transportation services. We support both new and experienced operators, working with new and established MC numbers, and offering the option to lease onto our active MC authority. We also assist with vehicle registration and onboarding, making it easier to get on the road and start earning quickly.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate cargo vans, box trucks, reefers, or dry vans for scheduled pickups and deliveries
- Load and unload freight using equipment such as pallet jacks when required
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and communicate effectively with dispatch
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, safety standards, and proper load securement
- Plan and execute routes efficiently to meet delivery deadlines
- Deliver a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
- Assist with basic warehouse operations and freight handling when needed
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in commercial driving, delivery, or courier services (box truck or similar preferred)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and heavy freight handling
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles (preferred)
- Experience using pallet jacks
- Knowledge of route planning and time management
- Clean driving record with a strong focus on safety

Pay: $2,500.00 – $5,000.00 per week
