Position Overview
- Type: Local Dedicated – Full Time
- Home Time: Daily
- Schedule: Monday-Friday; Occasional Weekends
- Shifts: Night & Day Available
- 100% No Touch Dry Van Freight
- Routes run within a 150-mile radius of Jefferson City, MO
Compensation & Benefits
- Average weekly pay: $1,400 – $1,600
- Annual Earning: $81,000 – $88,000
- Sign-On Bonus: $2,500
- CPM rate: $0.57 – $0.76 depending on experience

Driver Responsibilities
- Operate a CDL-A dry van tractor-trailer on dedicated local routes
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections per DOT requirements
- Maintain accurate ELD logs and all required documentation
- Follow DOT and California state regulations and company safety standards
- Ensure on-time delivery on assigned lanes
Qualifications
- Valid CDL-A license required
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must reside within 100 miles of Jefferson City, MO
- Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
- Clean safety record and responsible driving habits
- Recent CDL graduates are welcome – no experience minimum
