Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Locksmithing Assistant, based in Lisbon. The Locksmithing Assistant will support experienced locksmiths in their daily tasks, including lock installations, repairs, and replacements. Other responsibilities include assisting with security solution setups, maintaining tools, managing warehouse inventory, and providing outstanding customer service during callouts. Collaboration and compliance with safety protocols are key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Hands-on skills: Basic understanding or experience in lockpicking, lock installation, replacement, and maintenance.
- Technical abilities: Familiarity with security systems, mechanical tools, and general repair procedures.
- Customer service: Strong interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer support and maintain professionalism during service calls.
- Organizational skills: Proficient in inventory management and keeping tools and equipment in optimal condition.
- Additional qualifications: Valid driver’s license, ability to work flexible hours, willingness to learn, and a proactive attitude.
- Preferred qualifications: Previous experience in locksmithing or a related field and knowledge of modern security systems.
