Local CDL Class A Driver – Home Daily
Pay – $33.00/hour
Shift – 1st or 2nd available
Summary
ReConserve of Iowa, Inc. is looking for motivated local Full time Class A CDL drivers. This position is responsible for driving company-owned vehicles to local bakeries and picking up bakery waste to be processed into livestock feed. We utilize both roll-off straight trucks and semi-tractors with end dump, roll-off and walking floor trailers. The bakery waste is then unloaded into our manufacturing plant where it is converted into livestock feed. Looking for individuals with a safe driving record and who want to be part of an organization that values integrity, respect, teamwork, and good old fashioned hard work.
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A License
- 3 years of safe, verifiable commercial driving experience
- Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Must be willing to work any Shift
- Must be comfortable with a drug screen and criminal background check
- Must be willing to work weekend shifts as assigned
- Must be willing to work occasional overtime
- Only local candidates will be considered
- Roll-off experience is a plus
Compensation
- Loads are flat rated. Additionally, drivers will be compensated $33 per hour for any tasks performed outside the original scope of the load.
- $2500 Retention bonus after 1st year.
