We are seeking an energetic and reliable Flower Delivery Driver to join our team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for delivering beautiful floral arrangements to our valued customers efficiently and safely. Your enthusiasm for excellent customer service combined with your driving expertise will ensure every delivery is a positive experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be the friendly face of Viburnum Designs while showcasing your driving skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a commercial vehicle to deliver floral orders across designated routes
- Load and unload flowers, plants, and delivery supplies to stores
- Help Hydrating flowers during busy times
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients professionally, answering questions, and ensuring their delivery experience is positive
Experience
- Previous delivery driver experience preferred, especially with courier or flower delivery services
- Warehouse experience including manual handling, moving heavy loads
- Ability to lift heavy items safely using proper lifting techniques.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Experience working in fast-paced environments requiring punctuality and route management
