Location: 1845 Dale Rd., Buffalo, NY 14225
Corrigan Moving Systems is hiring a Local CDL-A Driver / Crew Supervisor to join our growing team in Buffalo, NY. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive, lead a crew, and deliver top-tier moving and logistics services.
If you’re an experienced CDL-A driver who enjoys staying active, leading a team, and working directly with customers — this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do
- Drive a 53 ft. tractor-trailer or 26 ft. straight truck (local routes – home daily)
- Lead and supervise a moving crew on job sites
- Load, unload, pack, and transport household & commercial goods
- Perform walkthroughs with customers and provide excellent service
- Ensure proper inventory, wrapping, and protection of items
- Complete pre/post-trip inspections and DOT compliance
- Handle paperwork, job tickets, and communicate with dispatch
Schedule
- Monday–Friday + weekends as needed
- Start time: 6:30 AM – 7:30 AM
- End time varies based on jobs
Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A license
- 1+ year CDL-A driving experience
- Clean driving record (MVR)
- Ability to obtain/maintain a DOT Medical Card
- 21+ years old
- Ability to pass background check & drug screening
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly (physical role)
Preferred Experience
- Moving & storage industry experience
- 1+ years experience driving 53 ft tractor-trailers
- Previous crew lead or supervisor experience
