Work with installers/professional customers to develop sales relationships;
Takes customer orders over the phone and online, invoices customer orders, directs efforts to accurately pick and stage parts for delivery;
Route delivery specialists to ensure customers receive their orders in a timely manner;
Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained according to company standards;
Audit customer returns for warranty abuse and ensure returns are tagged/labeled correctly
