CDL Class A Truck Driver – OTR Dedicated Lanes
Location: Minooka, IL
Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Overview
We are seeking experienced CDL Class A drivers to run dedicated lanes across all 48 states. Our company services pharmaceutical and cold storage accounts, along with over 100 dedicated lanes nationwide. We offer consistent miles, modern equipment, and strong earning potential.
Pay & Compensation
- $0.75 CPM (cents per mile)
- Average 3,500 miles per week
- $150/day layover pay
- $20/hour detention pay (after 3 hours)
- $50 per extra stop
- $300 monthly bonus (or option to take home time)
- $1,000 driver referral bonus
- $750 clean inspection bonus
- Weekly pay via direct deposit (no hold checks)

Equipment
Drive late-model, well-maintained trucks:
- Kenworth T680
- Volvo
- Freightliner
All trucks are equipped with:
- APU (Auxiliary Power Unit)
- Refrigerator

Schedule
- OTR Position: 4 weeks out, 1 week home
Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A license
- Minimum 2 years OTR experience
