Heavy Equipment Operator/Truck Driver (Experienced Only) Jobs in Winchester, NH at J Roy Excavating
J Roy Excavating is looking for a skilled, self-sufficient operator to join our team.
This is not an entry-level position. We’re looking for someone who knows their way around equipment, can think on their feet, and take ownership of a job from start to finish—without constant oversight.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Operating excavators, loaders, dozers, etc.
Hauling equipment (CDL A preferred)
Moving equipment safely and efficiently between jobs
Running small jobs independently when needed
Grading and finishing work to spec
Supporting crushing operations (bonus if you have experience)
What We’re Looking For:
Strong heavy equipment operating skills
CDL A or CDL B (we’ll help the right person upgrade to A)
Experience loading, binding, moving equipment
Ability to set grades and understand site layout
Someone who can run a job and make good decisions in the field
Reliable, hardworking, and takes pride in their work
Bonus Points For:
Experience around crushing/screening equipment
Mechanical ability
