Delivery and Installation Specialist
Informa Business Systems, Inc has provided outstanding customer service and support to financial institutions in Michigan, Northern Indiana, Northern Ohio, Illinois, and Florida for over 50 years. We sell and service banking products such as ATM’s, Interactive Teller Machines, Teller Cash Recyclers, Drive Thru Systems, Coin Machines, Security Systems, and a full line of customer driven software products.
We are seeking a skilled, bondable, highly motivated individual to join our installation team in the working out of our LaBelle facility. The ideal candidate will have construction and rough-in carpentry experience and will utilize these skills to help our company service our customers.
JOB DUTIES:
Work includes, but is not limited to:
· Delivery and installation of financial equipment including ATMs, Teller Cash Recyclers.
- Kiosks, vaults, and safes.
- Delivery and installation of pneumatics, drive-up window systems, and CCTV systems.
- Delivery and installation of coin and currencies counters.
- Various duties as needed in the maintenance of Informa Business System properties and fleet.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to think outside the box. Visualize problems before they occur.
- Must be able to follow and execute instructions both verbally and written.
- A valid driver’s license is required, with CDL preferred.
- Reliable worker with excellent attendance record.
- Courteous and professional, with the ability to communicate effectively and positively represent the company with our customers.
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift 75 lbs. to shoulder height.
- Proficient knowledge in the operation of hand tools, power tools, pallet jacks and forklifts.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
While our jobs are very similar, each install may present a unique situation where these additional skills will prove to be beneficial:
- Rough-in carpentry
- General knowledge of low power electrical systems, specifically data and networking (Cat5/6, POE, Coax)
- Proficient knowledge of basic computers skills (email, MS Office products)
- Flexibility to meet customer demands outside of normal working hours
- May require standing or stooping for extended periods.
- Ability to work in tight spaces and at ladder height.
- Ability to work well in a team setting as well as individually.

This position does require overtime and will require occasional overnight travel.

License:
· Valid Driver’s License (required), clean driving and criminal background record
