Commercial Fuel Driver (CDL-B) Night Shift Jobs in Wooster, OH at Santmyer Energy
MUST HAVE HAZMAT and TANKER ENDORSEMENTS.
MUST BE ABLE TO OPERATE A MANUAL TRUCK.
No prior fuel delivery experience required – We Will Train You!
Responsibilities:
- Transport fuel/oil to our customer’s bulk tanks, generators, and equipment.
- Inspect vehicles daily for mechanical items and safety issues
- Load fuel at fuel terminal
- Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures
- Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
- Collect and verify delivery instructions
- Report defects, accidents or violations
The ideal candidate will have:
- Hands on experience with electronic equipment and software
- Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations
- No recent moving or driving violations
- Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc)
- Valid truck driving license

Requirements:
· Must be at least 21 years of age
· Must have a minimum of 2 years of Class B tractor/trailer experience
· Willingness to work outdoors in all weather and driving conditions
· Lifting, pushing, pulling, bending and climbing in and out of the truck
· Must have current Haz-Mat and Tanker Endorsements
