We are looking for a punctual and professional CDL Driver to operate a garbage collection route. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, reliability, and excellent time management. This role involves operating a commercial vehicle to collect and transport waste while adhering to all safety and regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a garbage truck along assigned routes
- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Ensure timely and efficient waste collection
- Maintain accurate logs and comply with DOT regulations
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Requirements:
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (Class A or B)
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable CDL driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations
- Ability to work early morning shifts (12:00 AM start)
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and dependability
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
