We’re seeking a Pneumatic Tanker Driver to join our team. This is an exciting time to join our company and we are looking for someone to make a career with us and grow with us. The tanker driver will be responsible for transporting a variety of dry bulk products. Our successful candidate should be able to effectively communicate with our team at all levels, as well as exhibit a quality work ethic and attention to detail in order to meet all deadlines and maintain safety standards. Tanker endorsement not required since it is dry bulk. This is a flexible shift position and you must be able to work days or nights depending on what the job demands.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Operates a tanker-truck according to applicable state and federal transportation laws
- Transports loads safely and in a timely manner over required route, obeying all traffic laws and observing all safety regulations.
- Carefully maneuvers truck and trailer into loading and unloading areas; follows loading crew signals.
- Unloads dry bulk products into proper area.
- Maintains signed invoices, shipping bills of lading, and other required paperwork; delivers documentation to shipping office or other appropriate staff when delivery route is complete.
- Routinely performs Pre and Post trips, tire checks, and greases PTO.
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to speak professionally and courteously with customers and staff at delivery points.
- Ability to remain focused in busy environment.
Qualifications:
- Must hold Class A required commercial driver’s license appropriate for weight of vehicle to be operated.
- Must pass background and drug testing as required by federal and/or state department(s) of transportation regulations.
- Must have a clean MVR.
- Must be atleast 25 years of age.
- Must have a TWIC card.
Working Conditions:
- Varying weather conditions
- Deal with dirty and dusty environments
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift and move up to 40 pounds at a time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
