Job Title: Truck Driver
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods over various routes, ensuring safe and timely deliveries. As a Truck Driver, you will play a key role in maintaining our commitment to customer satisfaction through efficient transportation services.
Responsibilities:
– Operate trucks safely and efficiently in compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies
– Transport goods over short or long distances as required, adhering to delivery schedules
– Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure roadworthiness
– Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment and secure it properly
– Communicate with dispatchers and team members to coordinate deliveries effectively
– Maintain accurate driving logs and records of deliveries
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Truck Driver or relevant position
– Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with clean driving record
– Knowledge of regional lanes, route driving, and delivery driver responsibilities
– Familiarity with tanker, dump truck, roll-off truck, flatbed, and tractor-trailer operations
– Ability to load and unload goods safely and efficiently
– Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
