IG Transportation Inc is a growing trucking company based in Addison, Illinois. We operate three yards and two shops and support a fleet of 470 trucks on the road.
We’re looking for drivers who are available to stay on the road for 3–4 consecutive weeks at a time.

PAY & EARNINGS (Choose between W-2 or 1099 compensation!)
Option 1: Cents Per Mile (Conestoga)
- 24+ months CDL experience : 90 CPM (1099)
- 24+ months CDL experience : 75 CPM (W2)
Option 2: Percentage of Gross (Conestoga)
- 12 months CDL experience : 32% (1099) + Loyalty Bonus – 1% each year (up to 3 years)
- 12 months CDL experience : 28% (W2) + Loyalty Bonus – 1% each year (up to 3 years)
Option 1: Cents Per Mile (Dry Van)
- 24+ months CDL experience : 72 CPM (1099)
- 24+ months CDL experience : 65 CPM (W2)
Option 2: Percentage of Gross (Dry van)
- 12 months CDL experience : 30% (1099) + Loyalty Bonus – 1% each year(up to 3 years)
- 12 months CDL experience : 26% (W2) + Loyalty Bonus – 1% each year (up to 3 years)
Referral Program
Bring in qualified drivers and get paid for a full year.
Earn 1% of the referred driver’s gross for 12 consecutive months.
Example:
If a referred driver generates $30,000 gross in their first month, you earn $300 for that month – and continue earning monthly for up to 12 months.
OUT-OF-STATE SUPPORT
- Flight reimbursement: up to $250 round trip
- Truck parking reimbursement: up to $250/month
Minimum Qualifications:
- SAP drivers not accepted
- No DUIs within the past 7 years
- No more than 2 moving violations within the past 3 years of driving history
- For safety, compliance, and insurance reasons, we give preference to applicants with a stable work history.
