At Samsara Africa Travel, we pride ourselves on curating bespoke experiences that exceed our guests' expectations. As a professional Executive Driver, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our itineraries to life, ensuring every moment is memorable for our discerning clientele.
Responsibilities:
- Tourism Expertise: Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of tourism products and packages in South Africa, with a focus on the Cape Town, Stellenbosch, Paarl, Franschhoek & Hemel & Aarde regions.
- Executive Driving Experience: Bring a minimum of 2 years of Executive Driving experience, preferably with professional and high-end clients.
- Local Knowledge: Utilize your exceptional familiarity with local roads and attractions to provide seamless and enjoyable experiences for our guests.
- Customer Service Excellence: Uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service by creating memorable moments and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate effectively and eloquently.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail to ensure efficiency and deliver top-notch customer service.
- Performance Under Pressure: Thrive in high-pressure situations, open to constructive feedback from senior team members.
- Driving Record: Maintain a clean and impeccable driving record to prioritize the safety and comfort of our guests.
Qualifications:
- Valid PDP (Professional Driving Permit). Additional qualification in Code 10 would be advantageous.
