Cargo Vans
Power Only Units
53′ Dry Vans
Reefers
Tractors
26 ft. and 16 ft. Box Trucks with Tuck-Under Liftgate
Day Cabs and Sleeper Cabs
Flatbeds and Other Equipment Configurations
Pay & Compensation
Per Mile Pay: $1.80 – $2.00
Weekly Earnings: $1,800 – $2,200
Monthly Earning Potential: $7,500 – $8,000
Weekly Direct Deposit Every Friday
No Load-to-Load Payments
No Advance Pay Program
Responsibilities
Operate your vehicle safely while complying with DOT regulations and company policies.
Complete freight pickups and deliveries on schedule.
Plan efficient routes to maximize productivity.
Maintain accurate logs and required transportation records.
Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and brokers.
Perform routine vehicle inspections and follow all safety procedures.
Requirements
Equipment & Operating Authority
Own a qualified Cargo Van, Power Only Unit, Box Truck, Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, or similar equipment.
Maintain active DOT and MC Authority.
Insurance Requirements
Cargo Insurance: $100,000
General Liability (Aggregate): $2,000,000
Auto Liability (Per Occurrence): $1,000,000
General Liability (Per Occurrence): $1,000,000
Required Documents
Completed W-9 Form
FMCSA Letter of Authorization
Company Registration Certificate
Valid Driver’s License (Front and Back)
Professional Driver Photo
Voided Check for Direct Deposit
Cab Card (Vehicle Registration)
CARB Compliance Certificate (California Drivers Only)
Driver Qualifications
Minimum of one year of verifiable commercial driving experience.
CDL Class A is preferred but not required for all equipment.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to assist with loading and unloading when required.
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends when needed.
