We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team! As a DSP, you will provide essential care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities while promoting independence, community engagement, and overall well-being.

Please note:
- There are part time positions, and one full time position for the right candidate!
- Candidates must be comfortable driving and transporting individuals in the community as part of their daily responsibilities.
Duties (vary depending on individual needs)
- Assist individuals with daily living tasks including personal hygiene, activities, and community outings
- Provide transportation to appointments, activities, and community events
- Support individuals with mobility when necessary
- Promote independence, social engagement, and participation in the community
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding when necessary
- Maintain a positive, professional, and supportive environment
Qualifications & Experience
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient personality
- Comfortable driving individuals regularly throughout the community
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks when necessary
- Experience in caregiving, social work, teaching, or human services is a plus
Scheduling Information
- Part-time only
- Flexible shifts available
- Ideal candidate has weekend availability
- Day shifts required
- Night shift availability preferred
