The Role

As a 26-Ft Box Truck Driver, you are the face of our company. This is an active, independent, year-round role perfect for those who enjoy the open road and providing top-tier customer service.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Perform local and longdistance routed and ondemand deliveries.
• Operate a 26ft Box Truck equipped with air brakes and a lift gate.
• Load and unload freight using a pallet jack (requires repetitive lifting of 50+ lbs).
• Conduct pretrip vehicle inspections and maintain truck cleanliness.
• Build professional rapport with our longstanding, local customer base.

Qualifications

• License: Valid Driver’s License with a minimum of +2 Safe Driving Points.
• Experience: Experience driving large commercial vehicles (26ft) is required. Delivery experience is a plus.
• Credentials: Must have a REAL ID and a valid DOT Medical Card (or the willingness to obtain one before starting).
• Skills: Strong knowledge of local Richmond roads, a safetyfirst mindset, and great communication skills.
• Reliability: Must be willing to undergo a background check and preemployment drug screening.
