Job Overview
- Wage: $44,720.00 at hourly wage and not salary, overtime would be included at 1.5 times hourly wage.
- Hours: 75% Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm
- 25% Flexibility as program needs may require
Knowledge and Skills:
- Basic knowledge of the guidelines of 245D, and willingness to learn
- Keeping your program house compliant with Adult Foster Care Guidelines
- Budgeting Skills for House Budgets
- Scheduling Medical and Psychiatric appointments for clients
- Able to take directions from Management Team
- Knowledge of computerized charting systems, Willingness to learn
- Leading your House Team-Leadership Skills
- Organizational Skills
- Asking questions to clarify issues if not understanding
- Teamwork and Communication Skills
- Eagerness to learn
