Key HR is expanding its operations and is seeking an experienced Worksite Leader with proven Glove & Barrier expertise to join our team delivering critical powerline infrastructure projects across Victoria. This position is ideal for a leader who sets the benchmark for safety, leads by example, and consistently delivers high‑risk work to the highest standards.

The Role
As a Key HR Worksite Leader you will:
- Lead and supervise highly skilled field crews
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard
- Mentor Apprentices and Lineworkers
- Represent Key HR professionally with clients and network stakeholders
- Drive a strong, professional and safe team culture
Key Requirements
- Certificate III in ESI – Distribution Overhead
- Victorian Lineworker Licence
- Glove & Barrier qualification
- HR Driver’s Licence (MR minimum; HR preferred)
- High Risk Work Licence – EWP, Dogging and/or Rigging
- Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- HV Switching qualification (highly regarded)
- Demonstrated experience leading powerline crews safely and effectively
- Strong operational judgment and hazard awareness
- Excellent communication, mentoring and people‑leadership skills
- A commitment to delivering high‑quality, safe work every time
