Key HR is expanding its operations and is seeking an experienced Worksite Leader with proven Glove & Barrier expertise to join our team delivering critical powerline infrastructure projects across Victoria. This position is ideal for a leader who sets the benchmark for safety, leads by example, and consistently delivers high‑risk work to the highest standards.

The Role

As a Key HR Worksite Leader you will:

  • Lead and supervise highly skilled field crews
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard
  • Mentor Apprentices and Lineworkers
  • Represent Key HR professionally with clients and network stakeholders
  • Drive a strong, professional and safe team culture

Key Requirements

  • Certificate III in ESI – Distribution Overhead
  • Victorian Lineworker Licence
  • Glove & Barrier qualification
  • HR Driver’s Licence (MR minimum; HR preferred)
  • High Risk Work Licence – EWP, Dogging and/or Rigging
  • Construction Induction Card (White Card)
  • HV Switching qualification (highly regarded)
  • Demonstrated experience leading powerline crews safely and effectively
  • Strong operational judgment and hazard awareness
  • Excellent communication, mentoring and people‑leadership skills
  • A commitment to delivering high‑quality, safe work every time
