Are you looking for a varied and active job in logistics? This opportunity is with DHL in Kampen, the world s largest logistics service provider. We are looking for motivated Logistics Employees. No experience is required; we provide on-the-job training and onboarding. You will work in a modern warehouse environment and support logistics operations for international customers, including ship engine components handled with advanced warehouse technology.
Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading goods and packages
- Sorting shipments
- Working with scanners and internal transport systems
- Processing logistics orders
- Checking goods flows and inventory movements
- Ensuring an efficient and smooth logistics process
You will be trained across multiple departments to provide variety and support your development into an all-round Logistics Employee. You will have the opportunity to obtain various certificates and learn new skills.
Qualifications
- You are at least 18 years old
- You are available to work in a two-shift system: 06:00–15:00 and 15:00–00:00
- You have your own transportation, as the location is not easily accessible by public transport
- You have a good command of Dutch and/or English
- You live within a 30 kilometre radius of Kampen
- You are able to provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG)
- You are not registered in the Logistics Sector Warning Register

- A gross starting salary of €15 per hour
- A 30% shift allowance on top of your hourly wage
- A net travel allowance based on commuting distance
- On-the-job training and opportunities to follow courses such as EPT and Safe Lifting
- The possibility of a permanent contract with the client when performing well
