About the Role
This position is the backbone of our operation.
You’ll oversee our warehouse, prepare customer orders with exceptional attention to detail, maintain inventory, and deliver products throughout southwest Montana. Every box that leaves our warehouse represents our brand, and we’re looking for someone who takes real pride in getting it right.
This is an active, hands-on position—not a desk job.
Responsibilities: Warehouse Operations
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately
- Organize freezer and warehouse inventory
- Receive and stock incoming deliveries
- Maintain inventory counts and communicate shortages
- Keep warehouse clean, organized, and food-safe
- Monitor freezer temperatures and equipment
Delivery
- Deliver customer orders throughout southwest Montana
- Load and unload delivery vehicle
- Communicate professionally with customers during deliveries
- Ensure products remain properly frozen and handled safely
- Represent RegenMarket with professionalism at every stop
Operations Support
- Assist with farmers’ markets and special events as needed
- Help improve warehouse systems and efficiency
- Identify problems before they become issues
- Work closely with the owner on day-to-day operations

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Able to lift 75 pounds repeatedly
- Comfortable working in freezer temperatures
- Able to stand, walk, and move throughout the day
- Reliable transportation to our Big Sky warehouse
Bonus Qualifications
- Warehouse or logistics experience
- Delivery driving experience
- Inventory management experience
- Farmers market or food industry experience

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
