Warehouse Driver Jobs in Columbia at MidPoint Technology Group
We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator and Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an active DOT card and will be responsible for delivering material to job sites along with some day to day warehouse responsibilities.
Duties
-Checking in deliveries as they arrive and inspecting for damage.
-Making deliveries to Job sites
-Driving a 16 foot box truck
-Storing materials in the warehouse
-Keeping the warehouse orderly and clean for a safe work environment
-Ensuring weekly that the appropriate levels of consumables are properly ordered and stocked for use
-Assisting with the quarterly inventory count in the warehouse Making equipment deliveries to job sites, only as needed
-Once on site, making sure that the job site foreman takes delivery of all materials and tools necessary for their jobsite.
-Maintain an active DOT certification
Skills
– Experience with reach trucks, pallet jacks, and warehouse management systems (e.g., AS400)
– Proficiency in basic math for inventory counting and order verification
– Ability to load/unload products efficiently and safely
– Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members
– Knowledge of shipping/receiving processes and packaging techniques
– Ability to life 75lbs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
