The Warehouse provides assistance and support in managing inventory, maintaining the required stock level and keeping the store organized.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assist in receiving, inspecting, labeling, and organizing fabrics, handicraft materials, finished products, and related supplies in a timely and systematic manner.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of textiles, raw materials, accessories, and handicraft items to maintain product quality and prevent damage.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for fabrics, handicraft materials, tools, and finished goods, ensuring all stock movements are properly documented.
  • Verify received items against purchase orders, delivery notes, specifications, colors, quantities, and quality standards.
  • Support daily warehouse and inventory operations in coordination with the Procurement and Logistics team.
  • Monitor stock levels of fabrics and notify relevant personnel when replenishment is required.
  • Arrange and store inventory in an organized manner according to item category, batch, color, design, or material type, while applying FIFO principles where applicable.
  • Prepare and issue materials and supplies against approved requests while maintaining proper documentation and traceability.
  • Conduct routine stock counts and assist in periodic inventory reconciliation activities.
  • Monitor the condition of stored items and report any damaged, defective, obsolete, or slow-moving inventory to the Line Manager.
  • Assist in maintaining proper labeling, shelving, and identification of all warehouse items and storage locations.
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and security within warehouse and storage areas, particularly for sensitive fabrics and handcrafted products.
  • Immediately report any inventory discrepancies, losses, damages, or storage concerns to the Line Manager.
  • Support internal and external audit requirements and ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and inventory control standards.

Qualifications:

  • BSc in Industrial Engineering or in any related field.
  • Strong English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken)
  • 0-2 years of experience in a similar field
  • SAP experience
