We are looking for a bilingual (Mandarin-English) Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in the Chicago Metro Area (Joliet, IL).
Responsibilities:
• Achieve high customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and quality assurance
• Measure and report warehouse performance and staff productivity
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas
• Ensure accuracy of shipments and inventory transactions
• Set expectations, coach, and supervise employees
• Plan staffing levels and assign workloads
• Communicate with customers to resolve issues
• Maintain records and analyze reports to monitor warehouse status
• Improve processes and implement operational enhancements
• Coordinate with other departments
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor
• 2+ years warehouse experience (required)
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Proficient in warehouse management systems and MS Office
• Data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Strong execution and responsibility
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
• Mandarin Chinese proficiency required

Pay: $58,000 – $75,000 per year
