Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments with 100% accuracy using barcode systems or manual manifests.
- Organize and store inventory in designated locations using FIFO/FEFO principles to optimize stock rotation.
- Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for local and international dispatch, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts (with valid certification), and scanning devices.
- Conduct daily inventory counts, report discrepancies, and assist in monthly cycle counts to ensure data integrity.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and compliance protocols including OSHA-aligned practices and UAE warehouse regulations.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Barcode scanner operation
- Inventory management systems (WMS)
- Pallet jack operation
- Forklift certification (UAE valid license preferred)
- Stock counting & cycle counting
- Basic Excel for data entry
Preferred
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite)
- Knowledge of UAE customs documentation for import/export
- Arabic language proficiency (written/spoken)
