R&R Vending, Inc. is a locally owned and operated vending company serving businesses, schools, and organizations throughout Northwest Florida and South Alabama. We are looking for a dependable, honest, and motivated Route Driver who wants more than just a job—we’re looking for someone who wants to become part of our team for the long term.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Start time: 5:15 AM
- Home every evening
What You’ll Do
- Service vending machines on an assigned route.
- Stock snacks and beverages.
- Rotate product and check expiration dates.
- Collect cash and reconcile inventory.
- Keep vending machines clean and organized.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Complete your assigned route each day safely and efficiently.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day.
- Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and walking.
- Ability to work in Florida heat and enter/exit a delivery truck multiple times each day.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Must be dependable and punctual.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Route sales, delivery, merchandising, warehouse, or vending experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
