XBC LOGISTICS LLC – NOW HIRING OTR 26 FT BOX TRUCK DRIVERS
READY TO HIRE IMMEDIATELY
We are currently seeking experienced Over-the-Road (OTR) 26 ft Box Truck Drivers who are ready to start work within 24–48 hours after successful onboarding.
REQUIREMENTS BEFORE INTERVIEW
All applicants MUST submit the following documents to our Onboarding Team BY TEXT Only
1. Valid Driver’s License
2. Current DOT Physical Card
3. Certified Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
- Non-CDL Drivers: 3-Year Certified MVR Required
- CDL Drivers: 7-Year Certified MVR Required
Once all required documents have been received and reviewed, a phone interview will be scheduled. WITHIN 24HRS.
MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior 26 ft Box Truck experience preferred
- Must understand DOT compliance requirements
- Must be able to accurately complete a paper logbook
- Must successfully pass a Logbook Test
- Must be dependable, professional, and ready for OTR work
- Must be available for immediate onboarding and dispatching

POSITION DETAILS
- Full-Time OTR Position
- Regional Coverage: Midwest to East Coast
- Hotels Provided on Weekend Resets
- Consistent Freight Opportunities
- Immediate Start Available for Qualified Drivers
- SCHEDULE REQUEST HONORED A WEEK PRIOR
- BONUSES FOR COMPLIANT WEEKLY DRIVERS
- 7DAY PAY NO CHCEK IN THE WHOLE
- DRIVER AVERAGE 4-5 LOADS A WEEEK 1200-1500 STAYING WITHING OUR ZONE
- DRIVERS ARE AVERAGELY HOME FOR WEEKND DROP 60% OF THE TIME.
- WE PRIORITIZE OTR AND HOME EQUALLY.
THIS POSITION IS FOR DRIVERS WHO FULLY UNDERSTAND OTR OPERATIONS AND ARE READY TO WORK.

Pay: $1,200.00 – $1,500.00 per week

Experience:
- PAPER LOGBOOK : 1 year (Required)
- DRIVING OVER STATES FAR AS TX, NY , WI , NE SURROUNDING : 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- STANDARD DRIVER LICENSE (Required)
- DOT PHYSICAL NOT EXPIRED OR EXPIRING IN THE NEXT 60DAYS (Required)
