🚚 We’re Hiring at iMile Delivery in KUWAIT only! 🚚
We are looking for talented professionals to fill the Drivers Team Leader position:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of delivery drivers to achieve daily operational targets.
- Plan and assign delivery routes for maximum efficiency.
- Monitor driver attendance, productivity, and performance.
- Ensure timely delivery completion and service quality.
- Resolve daily operational issues, including route changes and driver shortages.
- Audit undelivered orders and verify proof of delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, traffic laws, and safety standards.
- Train and coach new and existing drivers on SOPs and best practices.
- Prepare daily performance reports and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in logistics, last mile operations.
- Arabic Profeciency
- Previous team leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Kuwait's road network and delivery operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics/mobile applications.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
