Position: Turnaround Flight Coordinator Role
Canoco Energy Services seeks a skilled Flight Coordinator for its turnaround project at the CNRL Horizon Site. This fly-in/fly-out position includes camp accommodations and is vital for managing workforce travel logistics.
As a Flight Coordinator, you will utilize your previous experience in travel coordination, preferably within the Oil & Gas or Construction industries, to arrange all necessary travel arrangements. Your organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, will be key in navigating this fast-paced environment. You will ensure timely flight bookings and maintain communication with team members regarding travel updates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage charter flight bookings and travel itineraries
• Organize camp arrivals and departures for personnel
• Keep track of flight schedules, adjusting as necessary
• Maintain accurate records of flights and employee travel
• Assist with last-minute travel changes and solutions
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Flight Coordinator or similar role
• Excellent multitasking and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Commitment to a 12 & 2 work rotation
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License an asset
