Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Truck Driver Recruiter to join our team on-site in Elgin, IL.
In this role, you’ll focus on sourcing, screening, and onboarding CDL drivers and logistics professionals – playing a key part in keeping our operations moving and growing.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for CDL drivers (company drivers, owner-operators, teams)
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and outbound calls
- Conduct phone screenings and qualify candidates based on experience and requirements
- Maintain a consistent pipeline and follow-up process
- Work closely with dispatch and operations to match drivers with available lanes
- Guide candidates through the onboarding process
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills (Spanish is a plus)
- Previous experience in recruiting, logistics, dispatch, or a similar role preferred
- Comfortable with high-volume calls and a fast-paced hiring environment
- Organized, proactive, and results-driven
- Must be able to work on-site in Elgin, IL
