Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Truck Driver to join our team. I am looking for experienced and responsible truck driver to start immediately. Our company is hauling mostly Hazmat materials , so the right candidate needs to have Hazmat and Tanker endorsements on his license. The position is for Over the road with home time every 2-3 weeks
Responsibilities
- Operate and drive Semi truck and trailer.
- Ensuring proper handling of materials.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Plan routes effectively to maximize efficiency and meet delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance.
- Communicate with dispatchers regarding any issues or delays during transport.
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal driving regulations while on the road.
- Must be able to pass MVR , PSP, Clearing House
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Hazmat + Tanker endorsements Required
- Familiarity with route driving and logistics management.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and dispatchers.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings as required by company policy.
