Solo Drivers
- Dry Van & Reefer: $0.70 – $0.75 CPM
- Flatbed: $0.85 CPM!!!
- 3,000 – 3,500+ miles per week
or
- 30% of gross (for Dry Van and Flatbed)
- average Gross $10,000-13,000
Team Drivers
Payment vary from 6 months to 2 years
- $0.95 CPM (for 2 years of experience)
- 5,500 – 6,500 miles per week
- or $2,500-$2,700 per driver (flat rate)
Requirements
- Solo: minimum 8 months CDL-A OTR experience (Dry Van, Flatbed)
- Solo: minimum 12 months CDL-A OTR experience (Reefer)
- Position Details
- OTR only (typically 2–4 weeks out, depending on location)
- Weekly pay
- 1099 position
- 2022–2026 Volvo, Freightliner, Mack, and Peterbilt
