Top cdl drivers earn $1,775-$2,100 / week

Truck Driver Earning Potential & Driver Pay Features:

• $1,500 Truck Driver Transition Bonus – $500 after 1 week, 3mos, & 6mos
• Earn $90K your first year! (mileage, activity pay, etc.)
• First-year flatbed cdl drivers earn $1,700 – $1,980 per week
• Earn $100K in year two and beyond!
• $1,700 weekly truck driver pay guarantee. If your miles are short (delays, breakdowns, etc.) you’ll still earn the guaranteed amount.
• Increase your truck driver earning potential with Driver Scorecard and Certified RED programs!
• Door to door practical miles-empty & loaded
• Paid CDL Driver Orientation at Nussbaum Headquarters-$200/day
• Activity Pay for the WORK you do, not just the miles you run:
  • $30 for pickups and deliveries
  • $30 for stop-offs (any customer location in-between pickup and final delivery)
  • $70 for initial tarping $35 for each re-tarping
  • $20/hr detention pay (starts after 1hr)
  • Breakdown & layover pay
• Oversize Pay is $3,600/year! (based on avg. loads per flatbed driver). There are three tiers:
  • Tier 1: less than 10′ wide = $0.10/mile and $50 flat, per load
  • Tier 2: 10′-12′ wide = $0.15/mile and $75 flat, per load
  • Tier 3: 12′ wide = $0.20/mile and $100 flat, per load

Truck Driver Requirements

• Driver must have a Valid CDL A
• CDL Driver must be a minimum age of 21
• Truck Driver must have 6 months of recent cdl experience OR complete our cdl training program
• No more than 3 moving violations in last 3 years
• Meet all other Nussbaum requirements
