Job Summary
Base Mountain Construction is seeking experienced and dependable CDL Truck Drivers to operate side dump, belly dump, and dump truck equipment on construction, excavation, and aggregate hauling projects. We are looking for safety-minded professionals who take pride in their work and can operate equipment efficiently while maintaining excellent attendance and communication.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate side dump, belly dump, and dump truck equipment.
- Transport aggregates, construction materials, dirt, gravel, asphalt, and other materials to and from job sites.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Complete required logs, inspection reports, and paperwork.
- Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and job site personnel.
- Secure loads and verify proper weight distribution.
- Report equipment issues and maintenance needs promptly.
- Maintain a clean and professional vehicle appearance.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Clean MBR
- Ability to pass DOT drug screening and physical.
- Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience preferred.
- Experience operating side dump, belly dump, or dump truck equipment preferred.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
