Trash Collector – Route Based Jobs in Canton, MA at The Junk Removers
The Junk Removers is a locally owned and operated waste removal business located in Canton. We handle everything from single items to massive estate cleanout, as well as weekly residential and commercial trash & recycling pickup.
We are seeking a reliable, responsible individual to run our Trash and Recycling route.
Compensation:
- Pay starts at $18 with opportunities for increases

Job Details:
- Shift is Tuesday through Saturday, 6am – 2pm
- 2 Mondays a month required as needed
- Overtime available during busy season
- Work alone on the route
- Work as a team when assisting with Junk Removal
Job Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company trucks and equipment
- Follow a predetermined route and mark progress on tablet/phone
- Pickup trash and recycling from residential and commercial customers
- Dispose of waste properly at transfer station
- Assist with junk removal and warehouse responsibilities as needed
Job Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must be able to lift at least 75lbs
- Must be available to work 8 hours a day
- Must be able to work 2 Mondays a month
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
- Must be able to operate a phone/tablet
- Must be able to obtain DOT card
- Must have reliable transportation to warehouse
