• Safely transport residents to and from scheduled appointments, including medical appointments, therapy sessions, and social activities.
• Maintain accurate records of transportation routes, schedules, and resident status.
• Ensure timely and efficient transportation services, minimizing delays and ensuring resident comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to coordinate transportation needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff, responding to questions and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
