Salary: £32,000 (depending on experience)
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 15:00 – 00:00 (No bank holidays)
Overview
We are looking for a Transport Supervisor to oversee transport operations, ensuring efficient fleet management, strong team coordination, and high levels of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operation of the transport fleet
- Supervise and support the driver team
- Ensure handover of goods and loadout runs on time and efficiently
- Maintain high standards of customer service
- Monitor compliance with transport regulations and company procedures
- Act as a key point of contact for operational queries and issues
Requirements
- Previous experience in a transport or logistics environment
- Strong team management and organisational skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
