About the Role
Prime Towing and Recovery is expanding into Spokane Valley and is looking for an experienced, dependable Tow Truck Manager to lead our new location. This is a hands-on leadership role you’ll be behind the wheel on heavy recovery calls while also taking ownership of day-to-day location operations.
Responsibilities
- Operate tow trucks and heavy wrecker equipment on a wide range of recovery calls
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Spokane Valley location
- Oversee dispatch coordination and ensure timely response to service calls
- Be available on-call during nights and weekends as required
- Ensure equipment is maintained, serviced, and roadworthy at all times
- Represent Prime Towing and Recovery professionally with clients and agencies
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of heavy wrecker experience required, no exceptions
- Valid CDL with a clean driving record
- Demonstrated heavy recovery experience
- Must pass a Washington State Patrol (WSP) background check
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and on-call shifts
