Duties
- Safely operate tow trucks, including flatbed and traditional models, to recover and transport vehicles from accident scenes or breakdown locations
- Conduct automotive diagnostics to assess vehicle conditions and determine appropriate recovery or repair methods
- Load and unload vehicles efficiently using mechanical tools or winches while ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients, explaining procedures, and addressing concerns professionally
- Maintain detailed logs of all recoveries, loads, unloads, and vehicle conditions for record-keeping and reporting purposes
- Assist with basic automotive repairs or mechanical troubleshooting when necessary, utilizing your automotive repair knowledge
- Manage conflict situations calmly and effectively when dealing with distressed motorists or challenging scenarios
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating tow trucks, flatbeds, or similar commercial driving equipment with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Will Train if needed
- Ability to load & unload vehicles safely
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage conflict professionally under pressure
- Knowledge of automotive systems and troubleshooting techniques to assist with vehicle issues on-site
- Experience with automotive diagnostics, mechanical repairs, or mechanic work is a plus

Pay: $17.00 – $23.00 per hour
