Job Overview
ELITE TOWING SOLUTIONS IS LOOKING FOR A TOW TRUCK DRIVER TO JOIN OUR GROWING TEAM OF AAA EMERGENCY ROADSIDE SERVICE TECHNICIANS. This role involves providing assistance to drivers in need of roadside services, ensuring their safety and vehicle’s operability. THESE POSITIONS ARE FULL-TIME AND OFFER CONSISTENT WORK. A VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE, CLEAN DRIVING RECORD, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, AND BASIC MECHANICAL & GPS KNOWLEDGE ARE SOME OF THE JOB REQUIREMENTS.

- Duties
- – Respond promptly to calls for roadside assistance
- – Perform on-the-spot vehicle diagnostics
- – Loading/unloading of customer vehicles on a flatbed tow truck
- – Change flat tires and jump-start vehicles
- – Provide fuel delivery and lockout services
- – Utilize power tools, ohmmeters, and hand tools efficiently
- – Maintain accurate records of services provided
- – Provide EXCELLENT customer service
Skills
– Basic mechanical knowledge
– Proficiency in vehicle maintenance
– Ability to use power tools effectively
– Customer service
– Competence in using various hand tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
