Are you mechanically inclined with a passion for helping others? Come join our award-winning team at Tatman’s Towing as a Tow Truck Operator and Equipment Mover. We are looking for service-oriented individuals to work as a full-time Tow Truck Operator and Equipment Mover.
Equipment Movers utilize tractor-trailers, gooseneck trailers and flatbeds to relocate lifts, light towers, skid steers and various equipment to and from customers’ sites. Tow Truck Operators perform emergency road service, towing, accident recovery, and abandoned vehicle recovery using assigned truck and towing equipment correctly as trained.
Requirements include valid Illinois driver’s license, excellent driving record, good communication skills, ability to lift 75 pounds, high school diploma or equivalent, and a strong work ethic. Previous tow truck operator experience is preferred. A valid Illinois CDL is preferred.
